Hi,

I keep getting a message to say I have to many tracks offline, I only have my Iphone and my computer with access to my account, I recently changed my carrier on my phone and had to do a hard reset, I wondered if I have both my 'old phone' and my 'new phone' still registered and this is making my account look like I have a lot of music offline?

Any advice on how to check this or sort this out would be great.

It's very possible. There is a limit on amount of music you can have stored offline at one time. I recommend going to your profile and clicking the "Sign Out Everywhere" button.

It's also worth being aware, there is a limit of 3,333 offline tracks per device too.
