Multiple Users

I have Spotify Premium that allows for up to five users.  However, there are times when I am listening at my office and my wife uses Spotify in the car and one of us gets locked out.  I don't understand why this is happening and how to fix it.

Hey @PWells,

Unless you're on a Spotify Premium for Family plan, you aren't able to stream from the one account on more than one device at a time. The second section of this article explains it more.
