Multiple accounts?

I think I may have multiple accounts, as I have just had a message on my iphone saying 'there is a problem with the payment for Premium"... I have just had a new credit card issued.. when I went to update in my account on laptop... It said I am not a Premium customer and I do not have any 'offline' devices (which I do, and I am)... also needed to use email to reset password to get in on laptop, and it was in Dutch (I speak English and live in Hong Kong)... would be much easier if I could speak with someone?

Hey @user-removed,

 

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

You can login to the website with that username to check the status of your subscription, and your receipts.
 
In there you'll be able to update your payment details.
