Multiple artists mixed under the same name.

You may know HOME, artist well known by his track Resonance. Or you may know HOME as a different artist for different work, but the one I listen too has his most popular release (Odyssey) mixed with work from other artists on this account

What baffles me is that both accounts appear to be verified.

Happens to a lot of artists I listen too. Yet I cannot seem to find any proper form or channel to address this. Where to?

The artist or their label can report this directly to Spotify.

If you're just a listener, you can either let the artist know about it so that they can report it or you can reach out to Support here. Note that the whole process is much quicker when the artist/label reports it.
