Music changing randomly, random account connected

Hey! was just playing some songs like usual on spotify when the music stopped all of a sudden and i could see it playing on something else, the music had changed too. It was showing in the "avaliable units" thingy in bottom right corner that it was being played on chrome something?
Have i been hacked ? recently made and purchased premium and i can guarantee im not sharing or have told anyone my information to anyone.
