My Premium Account Was Stolen

My Premium Account Was Stolen

Hello

 

Today i got mail from spotify that my bound to account email was changed to some unknown to me email adress. It was not done by me. Now i can't log in, reset password, can't do anything.

I had to register new account to even write here.

Please give me some tips, to retrieve my account back, some support contacts any feedback.

Please contact Support about this issue, you can do this via Twitter (@SpotifyCares) or on the online contact form. They can help secure your account.

Thanks for tips, but should i also block my credit  card that i had subscription on? Or thief wont get any details about my payment option?

This should not be an issue, all they will see is the last four digits of the card, the others will be hashed out 🙂
