Two weeks ago I noticed I could no longer log in to my Spotify Premium account. The password I used was no longer being accepted and I was not receiving any reactivation emails. I thought this was because I no longer had access to the work email I originally supplied, but after getting in touch with Customer Service they infomed me my account was now tied to an email that is not mine and I do not recognize.
I am paying for someone else who is exploiting my account and I cannot cancel my sub because I need to log in to do that. I can only log in through my facebook details and that way I only receive free spotify, not the premium service I am paying for.
I need help regaining my account, and I haven't heard back from Customer Service yet.
It's the same with my account. It's connected with another e-mail address and I can't change it because i don't have the password. Please fix immediately!
This same thing is happening to me. I had my FB page hacked. Lost all my friends, info pics after 7 years. I had to start all over and now I cannot access my Spotify premium anymore. All my playlists are gone but I still see my old profile up there and I cannot figure out what my code is to put my premium spotify on my new FB accout.
My account have been hacked too, tough the hacker has changed the email and password so there is no way for me to change either password or email, any thoughts on how i should do? I can access the account via the facebook login, but i would love to get my account back for real. The hacker also deleted all my playlist, guess he thinks hes funny.

All you do is lie. There is NO support whatsoever! You have been charging me for premium and not helping me rectify my situation. you are a bunch of greedy idiot hacks! Bad Karma is what your little company is goin to get over ripping all these people off. I am calling my bank and my lawyer right now to figure out how to sue your idiotic asses! No call, no help, no support! Way to go Spotify!
My Premium account has also been hacked.. And I´ve changed the e-mail address.. So you can´t just send me an e-mail with a new password. Please help!

I have the same problem. It is so bad. I doesn't want to pay for a product that is being used by someone else. And its so difficult to come in contact with you since you doesn't answer the mal I have been sending !!

Just noticed my Facebook page showed that I was listening to totally different songs than I actually was. Looks like someone has got into my account - pretty annoying if I'm paying for another person to listen to my music.
Possible to have a look, if there are any other than me using my Spotify?

This is more likely to be caused by a known Spotify-Facebook bug.
If you are still worried about someone else using your account, change you password and then drop a post onto this topic and the community staff will close all your active logins for you.

I am paying for my Spotify Premium and every time I try to play something it stops because someone else is using it. I believe I know who it is but I am unable to get them to log out. It is on a mobile device so it doesn't help if I change my password because it doesn't log them out.
