My Spotify Username Now Display As Numbers

My Spotify account was linked to my Facebook profile. I have recently turned my profile into a page and now instead of displaying my real name the Spotify username is a nine-digit string of numbers. I can still log into the account with Facebook but now my details aren't displayed. I was wondering how I can get my name back. Thanks

Hi, and welcome to the community!

Try going to Edit>Preferences and see if you can manually reconnect to facebook there.

Otherwise double check you're using an email to sign in with.

If you are, I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can look into it for you.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

You will have broken the Spotify-Facebook link when you migrated to a page since Spotify only supports integration with personal profile not pages.

I would suggest you open a support case as suggested above and the team will be able to lend a hand.
