My Spotify account hacked - How to cancel prem-subscription

Hi,

So I've pretty sure my spotify account has been hacked cause all of the sudden I cant login with my regular username / password and I've been kicked out of all my inlogged devices such as mobile, tv and computers.

Now here's the tricky part.. I dont seem to know which mail is connected to the account since it's ages ago that I created it so "Forgot my password" support ain't gonna help me much. Right now I dont really care about the account with my playlist etc being lost, I just need help figuring out how to cancel my subscription so that I'm not continuing to pay the monthly prem-fee for the person hacking my account...

So what I have is the username and previous password aswell as payment info and history. 

Oh and also for some weird reason when I enter my username and password to try and login to the app it seem to work for just a second as I can see my friendslist and playlists but then I get kicked out with the message "The username or password is incorrect. (Error code: 3)

Sorry to hear the bad news! Have no fear though! Spotify can help you get your account back.

With this anonymous online contact form, you can reach them without subscribing to / having access to a Spotify account or the email that was used to create that account.

They can also be reached through their Facebook Page SpotifyCares or their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares.

If you use the online contact form instead of Facebook or Twitter, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
