My Spotify apparently doesn't know my country.... Again

My Spotify apparently doesn't know my country.... Again

Hello Everyone.

 

I'm a Free User and I know that changing country only give you a 14-days period before you have to change your parameters to the country you're currently in.

However, no matter how many times I've tried today (the period ended today) I cannot change my parameters. The only, and I really mean ONLY, option shown in my parameters is France. And I'm in Martinique, a French Dpt.

Now, I had the same problem last year and resolved it by simply desintalling and then re-installing Spotify. But surely there is an easier solution or an actual way to FIX this?
