My account hacked

My Spotify premium account has been hacked and the mail and password has been changed. I can see the new email that they have changed to, and its not mine. 

Please help, I have contacted your support in diffrent ways but havent got any response from you guys in days. 

I had to make a new account to be able to post here, my old account name is "Beckiis".

Hi. You need to get in touch with the support staff. Please use this contact form and they will normally get back to you within 24 hours. Don't panic, everything can be fixed once they have all the information.

Hi. I have already filled in a contact form but  I never got any answers from the support staff, except an auto-generated reply directly after sending the contact form.  This was 4 days ago.
