Contact Spotify support via mail or twitter. Twitter seems to be the fastest response time with about 48 hours, since they get many hacked account messages.

The Community is "Users helping Users", we cant help with hacked accounts, 'cause we don't have access to Spotify management system. All we can do in this case is telling everyone where to get help.
