I've tried several times to access my account and have found that the email address is wrong (I never entered that email address, which leads me to believe the account has been hacked). When I did manage to get in by some fluke, I found I couldn't change the registered email address, reset the password or any details. This is my account I I cannot do anything with it or even access it now! I have a number of playlist on there plus some card details being a previous Premium user.
I have contacted Spotify now on 3 separate occasions to try and rectify this but at no time as anyone got back to me. In order to write this I have just logged in with Google+ but this is not my original account I had issues with. Today I have tried responding to the "noreply" email sent.
Not happy and not impressed at all.

Maybe it is because it's being sent to the wrong email.
I suggest you submit this online contact form; and someone at Spotify can get this sorted for you.
If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

I've used the online form each time and still get no response, even though it states which email address to respond to.
Just getting no help whatsoever from Spotify.
Can I double check that you send a reply to the autoresponse you receive after using our online form?
If you have definitely responded to the auto reply and not received a response within 24h or so, let me know your case numbers (#series of numbers) and I'll get it escalated to the staff for you.

Hi, this is Greigy as above. I have somehow just opened Spotify in Google Chrome and it automatically had me logged in as wulluc (which is my original profile). I have gone to my account/ profile page and tried to modify the email address but because I don't know what the password is any more I cannot make any changes.
Essentially, the email address logged against my profile (wulluc) is wrong and I don't know what the password is.
I've just had an email through from support at Spotify and am now waiting the link to (hopefully) reset my password thus (again hopefully) reagaining control of my account.
