A couple of months ago I noticed that on my bank statement I had been charged $10 from spotify instead of the $5 student amount. I forgot about it until it happened again. I went into my spotify account and found that my settings had been changed and I was no longer considered a student. I was not notified of the change and I had been overcharged two months worth. I was able to change it back to student but I am irritated that I was not notified of the change and the extra $10 they charged me without prior notice. How can I contact them about this?
