My account was hacked and I want an update

Solved!

My account was hacked and I want an update

My Question or Issue

Case #16725670. I reported my premium account hacked on 12/31 and can not get any kind of response from Spotify. It's been 3 days, I don't even want the account back just the money spent on premium.

Hey @5p0tifySUCKS,

Thanks for getting back to me.

That's odd. I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support again here.

If you want, you can let me know the outcome of the situation by replying here.

Hope this helps.

Hey @5p0tifySUCKS, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

I'm sorry to hear this.

Could you try checking your spam/junk folders to make sure the replies aren't there? If you don't see a reply, then I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support here.

I hope this helps.

Nothing in the spam folder. I got one generic email from "Jerry S" stating
everyone will be locked out of the account until an investigation is
completed. That was 2 days ago.

I have already emailed support@spotify.com and messaged @SpotifyCares on
Twitter. I got a reply last night on Twitter saying they would look into
it. But then nothing happened. Spotify customer service is terrible.

I would like the name and email address of a person I can address this
issue with instead of anonymous web forms and Twitter DMs.
