My account went to free

My account went to free

Dear Spotify,

I'm a premium user with a family account (I'm the one who started it). Today my account suddenly went to free, while I'm still paying for premium family. I tried logging off/in but it won't change it. My account overview and the spotify client both state that I'm a free user. How can we solve this?

Thanks for your reply, the problem has been solved. There was something wrong with the payment, so my account went on free. Thanks again! 🙂
