My apps are not allowing my new password change on my account

My apps are not allowing my new password change on my account

I had to change my password. When i did my account will let me sign in however my laptop app and phone app keep saying wrong password. I have reset it three times and I  have deleated and reinstalled the apps and restarted the devices. I am about to throw everything out the window. Is there any way i can save my music without starting a new account?? ahhhhhhhhhh

oh my gosh. success. i was using my email address instead of my user name. should never have logged out. what a mission....

Hey I had the same problem. Issue is they changed the log in from our email address to just the login name so drop the email address domain at the end of your log in and you should be able to get back on! Try this and see if it works. It worked for me 🙂
