My country does not match the one set in my profile, but I have a Premium Account

Hey guys,

I am in China and i cannot log on to my Spotify and that is very painful for me, because I dont have any music. I have a Premium Account, but for some reason It states that if i want to continue I should upgrade my Spotify account or update my profile?

I would love if Spotify can help me out here.

Hi there,

I checked here and confirmed that Spotify is not yet available in China.

However, since you mention that you have a Premium account then you should be able to use your Spotify anywhere in the world.

I'd suggest you to contact Spotify directly through their Contact form, so they can check your account from their end, and to better explain what happened.

I'm sure they'll be happy to assist you there 🙂
