My playlists are gone

Hi!

Yesterday I opened Spotify on my phone and my playlists was gone. Tried again today and also on my laptop. Still no playlists. Saw a tip at your help section that I could log out and then log in again with my username. Tried that as well. No playlists.

At the top of the window is sais "Spotify premium" so I guess I have the right account.

Can you please help me to get my playlists back?

This is odd, and I am sorry to hear this has happened.

If the playlists were created by you, you can recover them from https://www.spotify.com/account/recover-playlists/

If this is not the case then I recommend contacting Support about this issue, you can do this via Twitter (@SpotifyCares) or on the online contact form. They can take a look backstage about this 🙂

When I am logged in to Spotify via my laptop I now see that songs are played from an Iphone "Lisening via Iphone" in green at the bottom. When I swich back to computer it takes a few secounds and then it change again. I have android on my phone so it can't be the problem.

Can it be someone that have taken over my account? I just have one playlist now. And that isn't one that I have created...

Please can you go to https://www.spotify.com/account 

Then, update your password, then click on "Sign out of everywhere".
