Hi.
I am not only extremely frustrated with this app but with your service. I have sent you 3 emails regarding my issues 2 months ago and i am still waiting on a reply. Its not acceptable. You are a huge business, i just dont understand how you arent more onto it. You have horrible reviews on your facebook page which you havent replied to any of them... surprise surprise. Honestly wouldnt be shocked if i dont recieve a reply to my 4TH ATTEMPT to contact you.
The point of this is, can someone please explain to me why my spotify is so slow. Everything takes ages to load. Even if its going into my own playlist, skipping songs or searching new songs. I have the premium version and pay for this app so why does it have so many problems?
Please can someone at least reply to this and help me out. You guys are worse then australias worst phone companies, optus and telstra combined.
