My spotify won't log in on my smart TV

Hello. Preium spotify account log on everywhere but my 

Samsung- 55 class.  Led-2160p SMart 4k ultra HD Tv-black

Smart TV.

This is where i want to play my music the most and it's not letting me log in at all. it say log in failed.

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

Thanks for trying, but no it didn’t work. my subscription is fine. Spotify won’t work on my smart TV. I won’t log in if i use my email or my user name. It just says log on failed. All my apps work on my Smart TV except spotify, so it isn’t my internet connection.
