Name bunch of numbers, Spotify email didnt chance even tho facebook mail did

Hello!

Since around half a year my Spotify name is just an buch of numbers, my profice picture is gone aswell and my email didnt change. I created my Spotify Account through Facebook, since than i changed my Facebook mail -  the Spotify Mail didnt change. 

How do i change both my Mail and my Username?
