Need Help - PS4 Account Issue

So I have a huge problem with being unable to use my PS4 account with my Spotify account that has Premium on it. The problem is I linked it to a PS4 at my Dad's house and now that I don't live with him anymore it is impossible to physically go onto that PS4 and delink it, which is what is required to use my Premium account on my PS4 that I own at my mom's house. Is there anyone from support that can help me delink it from the PS4 account I have no access to anymore so I can link it to mine? Thank you.

Also I tried using the sign out of all accounts button and it does not affect the PS4.
