I've been activating Spotify Premium and on my account online it says that I got it, but when I start the program and Spotify on my iPhone it still got Spotify Free. Why doesn't work?? I really need it to work quite now, because my 10 hours is used and I need to add music to an offline playlist. I am very thankful for help!!!

Try logging out and back in to both Spotify on your computer and on your iPhone
and then see if it recognizes your premium subscription.
If not:
Spotify can help you with this if you contact them directly.
