Need to change email address and don't know password

Hello -- I have locked myself out of my email address which I need to update.  However, to confirm the change, I need to enter my password which I also don't know.  If I select "forgot password", it emails a link to the email address I cannot access.  Please advise!  Sharon

I would suggest getting in touch with Spotify support using the alternative contact form.

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.
