Need to change email-adress, lost password

So this is getting ridiculus - My account has been linked to my facebook which allows me to pay for everything and log in, the usual stuff.

BUT I've lost my old email-adress and do not know what password I used, since I always login through my facebook account. I cannot change email-adress because I need the password and I cannot change password because I need the email, and all of your support tickets are just basic, **bleep**ty replies - TO THE EMAIL ADRESS I CANNOT ACCESS. There is NO way to contact you otherwise as far as I've seen, and I've looked high and low on your website.

How. Do. I. Get. This. Solved?!

I don't have a twitter account and find it highly unprofessional if that's what it takes to get a hold of somebody..
