Need to change payment method - having problems because of student discount

I need to change my payment method. Currently I am signed up for the student discount and am due for renewal next month. I am no longer a student so the system can not verify that I am (obviously), but it will not let me submit my new payment method without being able to verify that I'm a student? Help!

Hey @vvvclaire,

You should be able to fix that by cancelling your current subscription and then re-subscribing to Premium here.
