News Emails Wont Stop

I have unchecked the box for "Please Send Me Spotify News By email" every day since opening an account. Each time I click "Save Profile" and it appears to be fixed. If I log out and come back...the box is still unchecked.

However, every day I get another useless news email from your company. After receiving the email I log back into my account and find the box for news is somehow checked again. I have even used the "unsubscribe" button in the email, which brings me to my account where I again uncheck the box for news. No change.

I found the directions for people having problems with facebook making a second login, but that does not appear to be the issue with my account. I have never logged in via facebook. Today I tried it just to be sure, and it says 'an account with your email address is already created, please log in"

If you get an automated reply email, you need to reply back to it.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
