No acces account: Forgotten password, out-of-use email adress

No acces account: Forgotten password, out-of-use email adress

Good afternoon from The Netherlands,

 

This message is written from my laptop since I cannot acces the account on my phone anymore.

 

In short:

- Password forgotten                   -> Cannot change email adress

- Email adress no longer in use  -> Cannot change password 

 

 

Elaboration:

Last week I have found out that the S7 edge is not always water resistant :,)

 

With the phone I temporary use I wanted to log in to my Spotify account but then I found out that I had forgotten my password.

 

This normally would not be such a big problem, unfortunately the email adress I used for this account was from the university I where I no longer study. Therefore I cannot change my password and I cannot change my email adress.

 

To the one who can help me solve this problem: you are welcome to stop by for a beer whenever you are in the Netherlands ;D

The thing is that the answers are sent to the out-of-use email adres :,)

 

I have deleted my Twitter account years ago and I'm not really interesting in signing up again unless I really have to. 

 

Is there any other alternative?

No worries! You can reach out to Spotify with this form when you're logged out (or you can use an incognito window). Be sure to provide as many details as possible.
