No appple subscription but still getting charged

No appple subscription but still getting charged

I thought I'd cancelled my subscription a while ago but It seems I'm still being charged. When I attempt to cancel, I'm directed to canceling via iTunes. However when I log into iTunes to manage my subscriptions, there is t one for Spotify. How do I cancel?
