No me permite escuchar canciones desde mi celular

No me permite escuchar canciones desde mi celular

Hace algunos dias cancele mi suscripcion premium, y ahora al iniciar cuenta del celular con conexion de internet no me permite reproducir ninguna cancion, ya sea las que estan en mi playlist o si decido buscar una nueva. Lo unico que se me permite es escuchar estaciones de radio, pero ni en la biblioteca de la estacion puedo escojer los temas para escuchar, todos me aparecen de color plomo. Ya desinstale y volvi a instalar la aplicacion, tambien controle que mi cuenta no este abierta en otros dispositivos pero nada funciona.

We hope you don't mind us replying in English. We first suggest that you do a quick reinstall of the app. That usually does the trick. 

 

If not, and if you still have Premium, something might've happened with your offline files, so we suggest that you go to your account page and remove all your offline devices. 

 

If that doesn't work, check out this help article, and make sure that you're logged in on the right account.

 

Lastly, let us know if this happens with other devices, and send us back a screenshot and we'll have a closer look.
