No option to pay with PayPal

For a few months I used the normal Spotify premium account for 9,99€ , then I discover that I can have a student premium account for 4,99€. So one year ago I changed it and now I want to renew it, but there is a problem:

the whole time I payed with PayPal and it works. Now I click on "renew the student account"  and then comes a page where I can just write my credit card details in.

I have no credit card and want to pay with PayPal but there is no option for it ! 

Does anyone can help me?

Im having the same problem too, but I thought that I have always payed with my debit card, and I just got a new one but its only giving me to option to update my details with a credit card and no debit or paypal option.

I wrote a Email to Spotify, they said I have to go on the link and choose between credit card or klarna, but they say nothing about PayPal ... What a service :(!

You are loggin from the same country of registration?

You can change your Payment method and country in premium page. Click on (...) section.

Changing the country changes unfortunately nothing at the paying method 😞
Spotify told me that at the moment it is just possible to pay with Klarna or credit card, If you want the student discount . 😞
