No puedo abrir mi cuenta en plan dúo dice que no existe

Hola necesito ayuda.
Tengo un plan dúo yo soy la titular.
Mi hermana quien también esta en el plan cambio de teléfono y ahora no la deja ingresar a su cuenta, le dice que no existe su cuenta, pero yo aun la veo vigente en el plan.
Que podemos hacer ?

It's possible that your sister is not logging in with the correct credentials, but no worries. We recommend that she tries logging in with different email addresses and passwords. If she registered an account via Facebook for example she can also try logging in via the Continue with Facebook button.
