No response from Spotify Artist Support

I'm releasing a song and tried to claim my spotify for artists profile. Usually this should take 1-3 days right? 

But I did not receive any response from spotify. I'm confused. What should I do? The release is soon and I need my profile and I'm not sure if I should write again.

I've looked into this and there's no guaranteed response time, so it could also take a week or two.

If you've contacted the artists team through this page, I recommend waiting on their response.
