Not able to download.

Not able to download.

Saddly, I was robbed a few days ago, so I had to buy a new phone, and trying to download music for my new phone I got the message "YOU CAN ONLY DOWNLOAD MUSIC FOR THREE EQUIPMENTS" 

I followed the troubleshooting posted on the official page, but this didn't work cause that message keeps showing up. 

I'm unable to download music for my premium account and I've done every step Spotify suggests. What can I do?

Hey @EstelAshkenazy

 

First I suggest you change your Spotify password if you haven't already.

 

Then login to the page and remove all of your offline devices:

https://www.spotify.com/account/offline-devices/

 

After that, log out of the app on your phone, and then log back in and try to download the music.
