Not able to listen offline on free trial

I am on the 30 day free trial,I am unable to listen to my playlist offline why is this.

That doesn't sound quite right.
Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

hi I reinstall my application of Spotify did not make any difference everytime I go to My Playlist I have to download it every time to listen to it I still cannot listen to any music of my playlist offline thank you anyway
