Could you let us know if this happens across devices or only on a specific one? We'd also like to know if you're getting any error messages. If so, sending us a screenshot of it would come in handy. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.

Additionally, would you mind checking if this happens if your device is connected to a different network as well?
