Not able to unsubscribe

There is no button or something else under "Konto" and "Abonnement verwalten" to unsubscribe from premium. What can I do?

 

There is just the message "Dein Spotify Premium Abonnement wird am 2015-01-24 automatisch verlängert. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt zahlst Du 12,99 €, wenn Du das Abonnement nicht vorher kündigst."

It looks like you have subscribed to premium through the iPhone or iPad app.


To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel it from iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.

If you still have trouble, I suggest you contact support so they can help:

If you get an automated reply email, you need to reply back to it.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
