Not able to update payment details

Not able to update payment details

My credit card was recently canceled and I have received a new one.  I'm trying to update my payment details and on multiple devices whenever I try to update my payment details, I enter my information and hit continue and the button grays out and is stuck on a loading symbol.  My premium will run out soon, and the website is preventing me from updating it.
