Not accepting my credit card: "having a bad day"

Not accepting my credit card: "having a bad day"

I am currently trying to renew my student discount and re-subscribe to Spotify Premium. For three days now I have been getting the "having a bad day" error message when I try to enter my Visa debit card information. This is the same card I've been using for over a year now. This card is working for me everywhere else. It has sufficient funds, has not expired, and I do not have another card to use. I've looked all throughout the community boards and I've found no evidence that I'm doing anything wrong. I've also sent emails to support that only directed me to communtiy boards. I just want Spotify Premium back and this is getting extremely frustrating. Is there anything I can do on my end? Or should I keep waiting for support to email me back?
