'Not eligible' for student discount?

Hi, 

I've had premium for a long time since signing up with the student discount (originally 4.99). Because im an idiot i've never noticed that it went up to 9.99, despite still being a student. When i go to log into my unidays account and get the discount again it says i'm not eligible. What's up with that?

Anyone got a solution to this that sign up for unidays half price premium then notice you're paying £9.99!!?? How do we solve please? Anyone??

I've actually had the same problem and went to support, and they never fixed the issue. They issued me a refund for the $10.39 charge on my account, but they also cancelled my student discount in the process. Now, I can't get it back. I asked them what happened and they just kept saying the issue was resolved, although it clearly wasn't. Then they just stopped responding.
