I am trying to set up spotify on sonos i request the email so i can set my password but it doesnt come. I have checked junk folders and added the spotify email to safe sender list etc..
When i signed up for the 30 day trial of Premium, i got the email receipt for that, but not the password email
HELP - its driving me crazy

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂
If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they should be able to get one of those out to you manually.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

also i do not get any reply from the support team, since 3 weeks!
i'm now really getting angry about that, i do not want to pay for a service, which i could not use correctly!

Did you get an automated email reply with a case number in it when you got in touch with support?
If so, post the case number here and I'll ask someone to look into it for you.

Make sure you've checked spam/junk folders and if you've requested multiple times, it's worth waiting 24 hours.
If it still hasn't arrived, get in touch here and one of our support team will get back to you as soon as they can.

Hi mmk - I've just taken a closer look at your account. The reason you're not getting a password reset email is your account was opened via Facebook.
Your log in details are therefore your FB email and password. Any password resets need to be done via the FB site.
I haven't gotten the email containing the link to create a password, someone please help?? [snip - removed email]
I had to deactivate my facebook and I can't go without spotify premium!!!! =(
@jepenman - as your account was created via Facebook you'll need to use a new account to continue using Spotify if you've deactivated your Facebook account. Our support team can copy over your playlists.
