Not receiving email for"set device password"

Not receiving email for"set device password"

Hi,

 

I have my spotify premium account connected to my facebook account. So I can't login with regular credentials from another device that doesn't support facebook login. For that reason there is the nice

 

"Set device password"

 

button in the account menu. However, neither yesterday nor today did I get the email that was promised. I have tried it several times. No, it's not in the spam folder and yes the email address is correct.

 

I'm not sure how to proceed from here. Anyone else has this problem? Workarounds?
