Not recognizing password on app

Not recognizing password on app

So the Spotify app on my iPhone is not recognizing my password, but my computer is. I've un downloaded and re downloaded the app and even tried changing my password, but to no avail. I know I'm trying the right password, but it won't work on the app. What do I do?

I have the same problem can someone tell if somethings wrong with de app?

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.

Yeah the app was working, and then it stopped the other day.
