Hi there @barbarafranca and welcome to Spotify!

If you're unable to claim a premium, please check the following:

If you still getting the issue, please reply here again.

  1. Your payment card hasn't expired. If you've received a new one, update your payment details on your Subscription page.
  2. The country set in your Spotify account must match the country where your payment card is registered.
  3. Your card needs to be enabled for e-commerce transactions (Verified by Visa/Mastercard SecureCode).
  4. Your card must be open to foreign purchases and recurring transactions.
  5. Some banks require other security authentications, such as 3D Secure. Please check if this is enabled.

After you've checked the above, try signing up again.

Hi!
I have the same problem.
I tried to pay 3 times a row and again the same "oops.." text.
Just to be sure I checked my bank account and then I saw that the money of those 3 payment tries was gone. I'm worried.
How can I get back my money? Is it even possible?
