Over a Month and Still Can't Set Device Password

Over a Month and Still Can't Set Device Password

I submitted a previous thread about this same problem (hundreds of other people have had this problem for months, with no signs of spotify doing anything to alleviate the issue other than helping on a case by case system instead of fixing a very broken system). There are no messages in my spam folder. No matter how long I wait, no matter where I check I am not getting the email. This is very frustrating.

Hey there!

In this case, we'd recommend heading to your Facebook settings and following these steps:

1. Chose Security settings
2. Click on the Edit option on App Passwords
3. Generate app passwords
