I would like to subscribe to a premium account. Will be possible with this premium account to have Spotty working on the same account on my PC, my ipad, my iphone and my Blackberry.

Yes Spotify is available for all of those platforms (depending on your BlackBerry model) and therefore you can listen to your music using your premium account on any of those devices, but not at the same time. 

You can also sync offline playlists up to 3333 tracks on 3 of your devices.
