Hey there,

 

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.

 

We'd recommend that you get in touch with the client site's support team, where you're trying to generate the Boleto ticket about this. They will happily help out with the whole process, as they are the ones in charge of it and we don't have access to their systems.

 

On another note, keep in mind that payments with Boleto may take up to 3 working days to be reflected on your account, so if you've generated one, we'd suggest that you wait a bit more to see if you've activated the Subscription.

 

If after those days you're still unable to see your subscription, it's best that you get in touch with our our Support teams via one of the channels hereas they can take a closer look and check what's going on.
