Paid for subscription, but not acces

Hello,

 

I've been a Spotify since the beginning but all of a sudden my Premium settings are gone. The money has been taken from my Credit Card but I no longer have the option to use spotify, apart from the offline synced songs. I'm really frustrated about this since I use this service every day. Any idea's what the problem could be, and how I could get in touch with the people from the payment service??

Hey there.

I've just checked your account and it seems that the payment due to be made this month failed. You may need to check here in order to get your payment up and running again.

But the money has been deducted from my credit card and send to Spotify. Just like any other month. Not sure how to fix this.

HEY I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. I'VE PAID LAST WEEK AND I CAN NOT USE SPOTIFY PREMIUM. WHAT CAN I DO?, I AM PAYING FOR THE SERVICE BUT CAN NOT USE IT 

I have the same problem aswell. Already tried everything but i can´t get to use mu spotify premium. The charge from my credit card was made yesterday and in my profile my suscription apears as if i had the premium service but i still cant use it. It keeps saying the suscription will automatically update like for 4 days and keeps changing everyday.

 I could use a little help. Thank you.
