Paiment failed

Paiment failed

It was just short of the amount on the account we are using for payment on spotify and our payment Were stopped, we have added more money to this acount, so to the question.

Will spotify automaticly try to get the payment again, or do we need to do something else??

The system will try to take the payment again if the account wasn't canceled. 

 

Our Accounts team can take a closer look at this. You can get in touch with them from any of our social media help sites: @SpotifyCares on Twitter and Spotify Cares on Facebook. Just send them a private message with your account's email address and username.
